Astromedicare Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• “Astromedicare” refers to the manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of orthopedic implants and instruments.
• “Customer” refers to any individual or entity purchasing products or services from Astromedicare.

2. Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Astromedicare.
• Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
• Orders are considered confirmed upon issuance of an order confirmation by Astromedicare.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are outlined in the invoice issued by Astromedicare.
• Payment must be made in the currency specified in the invoice within the agreed-upon timeframe.
• Astromedicare reserves the right to withhold delivery of products until payment is received in full.

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimated and may be subject to delays beyond Astromedicare’s control.
• Astromedicare will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the specified timeframe.
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Product Warranty

• Astromedicare warrants that products sold are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
• Warranty periods and terms may vary depending on the product. Customers are advised to refer to product documentation for specific warranty details.
• Astromedicare’s liability under warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price at Astromedicare’s discretion.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt of products.
• Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, unless defective.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the return is due to a defect in the product.

7. Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall Astromedicare be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of products or services provided.
• Astromedicare’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to products or services provided shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the products or services.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi Govt..
• Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi Govt.
• 9. Amendments

• Astromedicare reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Amendments shall be effective upon posting on the Astromedicare website or other notification to customers.

10. Entire Agreement

• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Astromedicare and the customer with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By placing an order with Astromedicare, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
